Not just advising, but building: how Peak repositioned ZID Bernapark from start-up hub to facilitator for SMEs on the ground

On behalf of the board of directors, Peak was to reposition the Centre for Innovation and Digitalisation (ZID) at Bernapark and sharpen its marketing. The strategy mandate turned into far more: Peak moved its own location into the ZID, led the centre through a period of upheaval with interim operational responsibility, won new partners and, at the end of May 2025, handed over a repositioned, self-sustaining ZID — a facilitator for SMEs and young companies in the Espace Mittelland.
